You will guide a skilled team, manage packaging and production processes, and act as the go-to technical expert for acetylene across Australia and New Zealand.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and delivering customer-ready products while collaborating with site stakeholders to support national growth and agile operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a processing/production team.
• Strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
• Proven track record in lean/continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Yennora Acetylene Team, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
• Maximise plant yield through proactive monitoring and improvements.
• Oversee packaging processes: cylinder handling, inspection, testing, filling, release.
• Serve as technical expert for acetylene across Australia and NZ.
