Job summary

Linde plc is looking for a safety-focused Production Operator in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will process, fill and handle gas cylinders, working across multiple production areas to meet safety, quality and service standards.

Join a team committed to safety, training, and continuous improvement while supporting a rotating day/afternoon shift with potential overtime. Applicants should be able to obtain security clearance for Major Hazard Facility work and hold relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or gas processing environments is essential.
• Ability to handle and fill industrial gases and cylinders.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with safety systems.
• Basic literacy and attention to detail; able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling, processing, filling and inspecting gas cylinders.
• Working across multiple production areas and related operational functions.
• Filling industrial gases and operating facilities to safety and efficiency standards.
• Preparing customer gas orders, manifests and loading vehicles.
• Operating forklifts and production equipment per procedures.
• Maintaining cylinder inspection and compliance records accurately.
• Reporting hazards, incidents and non-conformances; participating in safety initiatives.
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and continually improving production environment.
