Job summary

BOC Limited Australia is seeking a safety-focused Process Operator for our Wetherill Park operation in NSW. You will participate in processing, filling and handling gas cylinders, while maintaining high safety, quality and service standards.

You will work across production areas and be involved in filling gases, preparing customer orders, and maintaining records. A forklift license is valued, with rotating Day/Afternoon shifts and opportunities for overtime, across a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial production or cylinder filling is essential.
• Experience handling and filling industrial gases (e.g., DA) or similar products is required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety systems.
• Ability to follow documented procedures with good attention to detail.
• Functional English communication and basic computer/OT skills are required.
• A forklift license is highly regarded and a valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance to work at a Major Hazard Facility.
• Willingness to work rotating Day/Afternoon shifts, Monday–Friday with overtime on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling, processing, filling and inspecting industrial and medical gas cylinders.
• Working across multiple production areas and related operations to meet production goals.
• Filling industrial and medical gases and operating production facilities and equipment safely.
• Preparing customer gas orders, manifests and loading vehicles to meet requirements.
• Operating forklifts and production equipment in line with procedures.
• Maintaining cylinder inspection, testing and compliance records with accuracy.
• Reporting hazards, incidents and non-conformances and participating in safety initiatives.
• Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient production environment and contributing to continuous improvement.
