Job summary

Acu-Tech Piping Systems is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and suppliers of polyethylene piping solutions, supporting major infrastructure, mining, water, energy and industrial projects across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Redbank operation and drive safety, performance and continuous improvement across the site.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Redbank operation and drive safety, performance and continuous improvement across the site.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead Production, Warehousing and Dispatch, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and delivered to customers on time.

This is a hands on leadership role where you'll work closely with supervisors and operational teams to improve performance, develop people and drive operational excellence.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys being visible in the operation, building strong teams and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting and KPI management.

• A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Highly Regarded

• Qualifications in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business.
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement training.
• Experience within manufacturing, plastics, industrial products or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems.
