Job summary

Acu-Tech Piping Systems is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and suppliers of polyethylene piping solutions, supporting major infrastructure, mining, water, energy and industrial projects across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Redbank operation and drive safety, performance and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience managing production, warehousing and dispatch functions.
• Strong leadership with ability to engage and develop teams.
• Experience driving operational improvement with measurable results.
• Budgeting and KPI management expertise.
• Experience with ERP, production planning and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the site.
• Manage Production, Warehousing and Dispatch to achieve targets.
• Drive productivity, quality, DIFOT and cost performance outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and teams.
• Oversee production planning, inventory management and site resources.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Contribute to site and business planning as part of the leadership team.
