Job summary

Coregas is seeking a Filler/Operator in Yennora, NSW, Australia. You will be part of the Operations team, filling cylinders, conducting checks, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role is full‑time with occasional Saturday work, day and intermediate shifts, and a base pay of $36–$38 per hour plus super and bonuses. You will hold a forklift licence with at least 6 months experience and bring a safety‑mocal approach to handling dangerous goods.

Responsibilities

  • Load pallets and trucks, deliver cylinders to branches, depots and customer sites.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and administrative tasks.

The Role:

Are you working in Production or Warehouse Operations and looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic Operations team in Yennora as a Filler/Operator! In this role, you'll be a key player in our operations, ensuring our products are delivered in full and on time while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Imagine starting your day with an energizing team meeting, then diving into hands‑on tasks like filling cylinders, conducting regular checks and maintenance. Your role will be dynamic and varied, keeping you engaged and challenged every day. You'll be the backbone of our operations, helping us exceed our customers' expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Your Day:
  • Perform pre‑trip checks and vehicle condition reports to ensure everything is in top‑notch condition.
  • Fill cylinders with products according to daily orders and operate the test station as required.
  • Sort, inspect, and label cylinders, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards.
  • Load pallets and trucks to fulfill daily orders, and deliver cylinders to branches, depots, and customer sites.
  • Participate in engaging training sessions and team events to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Wrap up your day by completing all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks, ensuring everything is documented accurately.
  • Working Monday to Friday, with potential for Saturday work
  • Varying shifts available: Day Shift or Intermediate Shift with +7.5% base
  • Permanent full time role of 38 hours per week, with an average overtime of 5-10 hours per week
  • Per hour rate: $36 to $38 per hour + super + bonus.
About You:
  • Must have a forklift license with at least 6 months forklift experience
  • You have experience in a safety‑oriented worksite and knowledge of dangerous goods handling, storage, and transportation.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and understand company procedures.
  • You have a disciplined and diligent approach to work, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
  • You can work effectively within a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
