Job summary

AESM is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer in Knoxfield, Victoria, to manage invoicing, customer queries and client portals. This full-time, in-office role partners with operations to ensure accurate billing and timely communication across teams.

You will contribute to the finance team's success by maintaining accurate ledgers, supporting documentation, and responsive customer service while growing your accounting and administrative skills within a fire protection services company backed by

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable administration, invoicing and client portals.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and confidence responding to customer account enquiries.
• Ability to investigate invoicing discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve queries.
• Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, raise and issue customer invoices accurately within required timeframes.
• Ensure invoices meet customer requirements, including PO numbers and supporting documentation.
• Record invoices within MYOB and Uptick.
• Collaborate with operational teams to obtain missing invoicing information.
• Manage and respond to customer account enquiries via email and phone.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, PO and account information queries.
• Upload invoices, service reports and supporting docs to customer portals.
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team.
