ATS Building Products in Sydney is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to protect and strengthen the company’s financial position. This high-impact role offers visibility across the organisation and opportunities to influence credit decisions.

You will evaluate credit risk, manage accounts receivable and collections, generate finance reports for senior management, and maintain accurate credit files and documentation aligned with operations.

• Proven experience in a senior credit, finance, or accounts receivable role.
• A strong understanding of credit evaluation and collections.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Credit Evaluation & Risk – Assess customer creditworthiness, set limits, and mitigate risk across all departments.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections – Accounts receivable, proactively follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve disputes or complex cases.
• Reporting & Advisory – Generate and deliver credit/finance reports, and advise senior management on credit matters and customer risk.
• Record & File Management – Maintain accurate credit files, delivery records, and financing documentation aligned with operational activities.
