Job summary

Four Quarters are partnered with a large business in Melbourne seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a temporary, full-time role. You will manage supplier accounts, process invoices, and handle payments with attention to detail while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires solid AP experience, the ability to manage high volumes of invoices, and strong organisational skills. On-site hours are 9am–5pm with weekly pay and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience within Accounts Payable.
• Organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience dealing with high volumes of invoices while maintaining accuracy.
• SAP experience desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable and supplier accounts
• Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and payment runs accurately and on time
• Generate daily customer invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements, resolving invoice discrepancies and responding to accounts payable queries
• Maintaining accurate supplier records
• Supporting week-end activities and reporting requirements
• General accounts and administrative duties as required
• Handle incoming phone enquiries and emails
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Four Quarters have exclusively partnered with a large, well-established business boasting an exceptional finance team who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts Payable Officer to take on a fast-paced, temporary role on a full-time basis.

This is a ‘hands-on’ role, suited to someone who has strong attention to detail and is confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts and payments.
