Nick Scali Limited is seeking an entry-level Accounts Assistant to support our ANZ business at our head office in North Ryde. You will handle customer account queries, reconcile accounts, and generate AR reports while ensuring timely payments and proactive follow-up with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail required with strong time-management skills.
• Customer service skills for phone and email inquiries.
• Understanding of accounts receivable functions and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer account queries and maintain customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Ensure timely entry payments and contact customers about outstanding balances.
• Process and manage cancellations and resolve unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries.
