Job summary

Nick Scali, a leader in luxury living, is currently seeking an entry-level Accounts Assistant to support our ANZ operations from our North Ryde head office. You will handle customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and manage cancellations, while addressing inquiries in collaboration with internal teams.

This on-site role fits a detail-oriented, service-minded candidate with strong MS Office skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Customer Service skills - phone and email.
• An understanding of the AR function.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
• Ensure timely entry payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances.
• Process and manage cancellations.
• Investigate unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries.
