Job summary

Responsibilities

• Allocating customer receipts accurately and on time, keeping customer accounts current.
• Following up overdue balances with a firm but professional approach.
• Resolving invoice, credit and payment queries alongside sales, customer service and operations.
• Supporting credit applications, credit limits and new account set-up.
• Completing bank, AR and balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances.
• Preparing journals, accruals and prepayments as part of month-end close.
• Producing aged debtor and cash collection reports, and flagging trends and risks to management.
• Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks and general team support.
