Job summary

MLA Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the Head Office - Finance Team in our Wetherill Park location. The role focuses on high volume banking allocations, reconciling customer accounts to remittances, and maintaining ledger accuracy.

You will identify process improvements and provide timely resolution to internal and external queries. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in accounts receivable (AR) and some accounts payable experience, plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in accounts receivable experience.
• Accounts payable experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience with Pronto ERP system.

Responsibilities

• High volume banking allocations.
• Reconciling customer accounts to remittance received.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, controls and processes.
• Manage internal and external queries with timely resolution.
• Support accounts payable processing and general finance administration.
• Other general office tasks as required.
