Job summary

Randstad Australia is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a 6-month temporary role in Hills District/Western Sydney with 1 day work from home (Tuesdays). You will manage P2P, high-volume invoices, and GRIR reconciliations using SAP, with strong Excel proficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP, solid communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and experience handling large transaction volumes. Onsite parking and close public transport access are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounts payable or AP
• Experience with SAP is a MUST HAVE
• Intermediate Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Processing: raising purchase requisitions and processing goods receipts for material items
• High-Volume Invoice Management: navigate invoice workflows and 3-way matching
• Reconciliation & Investigation: reconcile GRIR mismatches and supplier statement discrepancies
• System Maintenance (SAP): set up scheduling agreements and framework orders and process stock adjustments
