The G’day Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join a team handling end-to-end accounts payable across multi-site locations. You will manage the invoice workflow, creditor accounts, and weekly payments using SAP or similar ERP, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Hybrid working arrangements are available, and the role requires effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Prior experience in AP and proficiency with Excel/Outlook are expected.

• End-to-end accounts payable in high-volume environments is essential.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the invoice approval workflow.
• Set up and manage creditor accounts.
• Process weekly creditor payments and upload ABA files.
• Coordinate remittance notices to creditors.
• Reconcile accounts payable balance sheet and creditor statements.
• Respond to supplier queries by email and phone.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to drive action.
