Job summary

Parratech Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to manage invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor communications across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on accurate payments, PO/docket matching, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: SUMIFS, XLOOKUP or equivalent, Pivot Tables, sorting and filtering, data validation.
• Ability to manage high-volume invoice processing, exceptional organization and time management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience reconciling subcontractor invoices; exposure to construction or project finance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: handle day-to-day processing, match invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets, reconcile subcontractor invoices.
• Recordkeeping and Management: manage inbox and organize electronic copies of invoices, obtain authorisations for invoices and payments.
• Payment Processing and Reconciliation: prepare payments and conduct account reconciliations to uphold accuracy.
• Vendor Communication and Query Resolution: respond promptly to AP queries and maintain relationships with vendors.
