Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to own end-to-end AP activities across Australia, processing invoices, matching PO, and ensuring timely payments within our Finance team.

In a high-volume environment, you will contribute to continuous improvement, provide excellent service to suppliers and internal stakeholders, and support month-end activities while developing your finance career with a globally respected brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with invoice processing and PO matching.
• Ability to process high volumes with accuracy.
• Experience with payment runs and month-end.
• Strong ERP/accounting software and Excel skills.
• Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding, purchase order matching, and timely entry.
• Deliver end-to-end AP services, enabling timely supplier payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs and maintain creditor records.
• Assist with month-end activities, including reconciliations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in AP processes.
• Provide administrative support and resolve supplier queries.
