Responsibilities

• Process and manage supplier invoices with accurate coding and PO matching.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly payment runs and maintain creditor records.
• Assist with month-end activities and account reconciliations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance AP performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, branch teams and suppliers to resolve queries.
