Job summary

Babcock Australasia seeks an Accounts Payable Officer to manage supplier invoices, employee expenses, and corporate card transactions from our Adelaide office. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with policies while supporting internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Based in the Franklin Street CBD office, you will work within P2P processes, maintain supplier records in the ERP system, and collaborate with finance to deliver reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations is essential.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience using ERP systems and maintaining supplier data.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Australian Citizenship to obtain/maintain Defence security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
• Ensure approvals per delegated authority limits.
• Maintain supplier records in the ERP system.
• Process corporate credit card transactions and reimbursements.
• Collaborate with finance for reconciliations and reporting.
