Job summary

TerraCom Limited, a Brisbane-based mining company, is seeking a proactive accounts payable professional to join the finance team at our head office. You will process supplier invoices, code them against purchase orders, and manage payments while maintaining strong supplier relationships and accurate records.

You will work closely with mine-site and corporate teams, support month-end activities, and help streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Payable or similar transactional finance role.
• Experience using Pronto or comparable ERP system; Pronto experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong Excel and general computer skills for accurate data management.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly with coding and PO matching.
• Prepare and process supplier payments in line with terms and controls.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier records and AP data in Pronto.
• Respond to supplier queries and liaise with procurement and site teams.
• Monitor AP inbox and deadlines; manage urgent matters.
• Assist month end activities and reconciliations; support schedules.
• Support GST compliance and audit documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve service.
• Provide general AP support; occasional travel to Blair Athol may be requested.
