Terra Verde in Melbourne is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Administration and Finance team. You will gain exposure to construction industry accounting and the associated risk profile from a financial perspective.

In this role you will focus on bookkeeping, expense claims and preparing financial statements including month-end, quarter-year and half-year reports, with a clear path for career development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
• CA or CPA qualification, or currently studying toward CA/CPA.
• Ideally 3–4 years post graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and clear outstanding balances.
• Execute full end-of-month process and reconcile accounts monthly.
• Prepare, review, and distribute month-end reports to stakeholders.
• Process vendor payments in SAP (auto & manual).
• Post incoming collections and outgoing payments in SAP.
