Allura Partners in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support a busy finance team during a peak period. The role is roughly 80% accounts payable and 20% accounts receivable, starting as a 4-week contract with a possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will handle high volumes of supplier invoices, reconcile statements, assist with payments, and maintain accurate AP/AR records while supporting the wider finance team as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid accounts payable experience with potential accounts receivable tasks.
• Ability to handle high volumes accurately and efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Assist with payment runs and data maintenance.
• Issue customer invoices and credits, and manage debtor records.
