Job summary

HFH Auto Group in Berwick, Melbourne, is seeking an organised Accounts Payable professional to join our Central Administration team. You’ll share responsibility for AP, process invoices and EFTs, and maintain supplier records with mentoring from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in getting things right.
• Friendly, clear communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Organised and able to manage deadlines without losing your cool.
• Confident with computers and quick to pick up new systems.
• Someone who wants to be part of a team, not just do a job.
• Revolution/Tune DMS experience is a bonus but not essential. We’ll teach you.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time, mainly for our Lexus and Ford dealerships.
• Processing EFT payments for prompt-payment and 30-day accounts.
• Creating and maintaining supplier records.
• Reconciling supplier statements monthly.
• Reviewing outstanding purchase orders monthly and following up anything over 60 days.
• Handling queries from suppliers, dealerships and staff.
• Processing weekly staff reimbursements and credit card reconciliations.
• Uploading bank files through ANZ Transactive.
• Maintaining the monthly aged trial balance.
• Supporting the wider Administration team when needed.
