Marble Group is seeking an Accounts Payable and Office Administrator to join their boutique team based out of Bella Vista. The role encompasses full function accounts payable, supplier invoice coding, and assisting with month-end reporting in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2 years in an accounts role within construction, trade or supply industry.
• Highly organised with ability to resolve conflict professionally.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full function accounts payable processing
• Matching and coding invoices
• Assist with end of month reporting
• Bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, petty cash, and credit card reconciliation
• Filing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain stakeholder relationships
• Assisting the office team with ad-hoc administration duties from time to time
