Job summary

ECG Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable and Billing Officer to join the Perth Finance team. Based in Welshpool, you will lead day-to-day supplier invoice processing and payment preparation, while also supporting customer billing and other finance tasks.

You will work with the finance team to maintain vendor details, run month-end tasks, and assist with payroll when required. A qualification in accounting/finance and experience with ERP systems will be valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounts payable or similar finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (MYOB, SAP, Oracle or Acumatica).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Process and code supplier invoices and prepare payments.
• Support customer billing and related finance activities.
• Manage accounts inbox and respond to queries from suppliers and colleagues.
