Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ - Brisbane QLD is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer for potential roles across mining, construction, engineering and heavy industry sectors. The role covers AP, AR or both, with duties including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, customer invoicing and debt collections.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Officer, AP or AR positions.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing or heavy industry is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable - invoice processing, payment runs and supplier reconciliations.
• Accounts Receivable - customer invoicing, debtor management and collections.
• Purchase orders, invoice matching and resolving discrepancies.
• High-volume transactions and account reconciliations.
• General ledger support and month-end processes.
