• Experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, process and issue customer invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices, statements and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate job costing and allocate expenses to jobs.
• Process supplier payments and assist with accounts payable.
• Accept and process customer payments and deposits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update systems.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and liaise with stakeholders.
