Job summary

Niche Talent Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to manage accounts payable and receivable in a hands-on role. You will process and code supplier invoices, raise customer invoices and assist with month-end activities, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

You'll work with Xero and Excel, maintain supplier and customer records, and liaise with internal teams to keep accounts up to date. This position offers a tidy, structured finance environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Officer or similar position.
• Experience across accounts payable and receivable, ideally in a combined role.
• Confidence using Xero or a similar accounting system.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Accounts Officer – Accounts Payable & Receivable

Are you an experienced Accounts Officer who enjoys variety, working with numbers and keeping things organised?

We're working with a business looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Officer to support its day-to-day finance operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across accounts payable and receivable who enjoys taking ownership of their work, building relationships and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The Opportunity In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for managing daily AP and AR activities, maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end processes.

You’ll play an important role in keeping supplier and customer accounts up to date, resolving discrepancies and ensuring payments and invoices are processed accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing
