• Experience leading and mentoring an accounts team.
• Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge.
• Solid month-end reconciliation experience.
• Excel proficiency and solid accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and mentoring the accounts team
• Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Managing invoicing, receipting, creditors and reconciliations
• Supporting payroll processes where required
• Coordinating month-end activities
• Ensuring financial information is accurate and delivered on time
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
• Maintaining strong financial controls and procedures
• Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Improving systems, workflows and reporting
• Working closely with management and operational teams
• Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required
