Job summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Admin / Accounts All-Rounder to join our growing team in Sydney. This role is suitable for someone with accounting or bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling a broad range of accounting and administrative duties.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and our external accountant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare, issue, and reconcile invoices and customer payments.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Process payroll, superannuation, and leave records.

Assist with BAS/GST preparation and other compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience

Sound understanding of Australian accounting and bookkeeping practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
