Job summary

Australian Nursing and Training Services Pty in Sydney is seeking an Accounts Admin / Accounts All-Rounder to manage a broad range of finance and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with management and our external accountant to ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Key tasks include AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations, payroll, BAS/GST, and month- and year-end processes. Proficiency in Xero is preferred, with MYOB/QuickBooks as alternatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts, Bookkeeping or Accounting Administration.
• Experience using Xero (preferred); MYOB or QuickBooks welcomed.
• Understand Australian accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare, issue and reconcile invoices and customer payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process payroll, superannuation and leave records.
• Assist with BAS/GST preparation and other compliance requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accounting records using Xero (or MYOB/QuickBooks if applicable).
• Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external accountants.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
