Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking an Accountant to join the Finance team in North Sydney. You will support the portfolio of Retirement Villages across New South Wales and the ACT, handling month-end processes, reconciliations, and governance compliance.

The role requires CA/CPA qualification or progress, advanced Excel, and Power BI proficiency, with strong communication and time-management skills. Travel is incidental. Salary packaging and wellness benefits are offered along with leave loading.

• Complete month-end processes, including journal preparation and posting.

• Support and lead finance process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation in line with internal policies and audit requirements.
