Job summary

RSL LifeCare in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to lead end-to-end development projects across our Residential Care and Retirement Living portfolio, from feasibility through to handover.

You will manage budgets, governance, and stakeholder relationships, ensure WHS compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget, while aligning with operational requirements and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Property, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex property development or construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of development projects from feasibility to handover.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet time, cost, quality, safety, risk and customer experience targets.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and governance submissions for decisions.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and development returns; monitor governance compliance.
• Drive design excellence and ensure alignment with operational needs and sustainability goals.
• Build relationships with residents, councils, consultants and contractors; manage stakeholders.
