Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Carer to provide compassionate personal care to residents in our aged care homes in Sydney. You will work closely with residents and families, following care plans to deliver timely, high-quality care that reflects individual needs and preferences.

You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to wellbeing, independence, and continuous quality improvement while upholding the safety and dignity of every resident.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and families.
