Bridestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA) is seeking an experienced Field Engineer or graduate to fill a TechnicalProduct Support (Field Engineer) role in our Perth Branch, servicing WA, NT and SA.

The role promotes OTR tyres, iTrack and BMSA services, conducts presentations, troubleshoots issues and supports the sales team, with 25-40% travel and a fully maintained company vehicle available for private use.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in OTR tyres or heavy industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Promote Bridgestone OTR tyres, iTrack & BMSA products to customers.
• Optimise tyre selection and iTrack usage to meet requirements.
• Provide technical training on OTR tyres or iTrack.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
• Identify product improvement opportunities.
• Plan and summarise field trials of products.
• Support sales in monitoring warranties and guarantees.
• Maintain a market intelligence database.
• Assist sales in forecasting and strategy.
• Implement process improvements and automation.
