They combine proven marketing systems, practical tools and real human support for electricians, plumbers, builders, landscapers, renovators and more.

We are looking for an Account Manager who understands how a trade or construction business really works. Ideally you have built one, grown one or worked closely with trade business owners before. If you enjoy being the organised, relationship-driven, problem-solving glue that keeps everything moving, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing

• Client relationship and communication
  • Look after a portfolio of trade and construction business owners
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and practical support
  • Run check in calls and review meetings
  • Keep clients updated on their marketing activity, pipeline and progress
  • Be the reliable point of contact they can depend on
• Practical business support
  • Help clients follow through on the work that grows their business
  • Talk through basic numbers, quotes, pipelines and priorities
  • Support clients to turn opportunities into booked and delivered work
  • Keep them focused on the actions that matter most
• Internal collaboration
  • Be the voice of the client inside the business, sharing themes, wins and issues
  • Work closely with marketing, operations and other teams to resolve problems early
  • Help shape improvements to the service based on what you see and hear
• Organisation and systems
  • Keep clear, accurate notes after every client interaction
  • Use tools like Asana to track actions, drop call links and keep things moving
  • Make sure follow ups happen and nothing slips through the cracks

What you bring

• Experience running or growing a trade or construction business, or close partnership with one
• Experience in domestic renovations, construction or landscaping
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• High organisation, reliability and ownership of follow through
• Comfort working with basic business numbers and job pipelines
• Ability to challenge clients respectfully and hold them accountable
• Enjoy working across teams and solving problems collaboratively
