You will balance commercial drive with top-tier customer experience, partnering with Product & Technology, Services, and Leadership, and acting as an ambassador for EP products.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, agency, technology or SaaS environments.
• Experience in film, TV or the broader creative industry highly valued.
• Experience in production considered a plus, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce CRM and pipeline management, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate for lead sharing and discovery, helping to build a healthy pipeline.
• Responsible for quoting, customer contracts and agreements.
• Collaborator in onboarding and show success administration.
