PJO Recruitment is assisting a Sydney-based finance and insurance brokerage in finding a Junior Business Development Executive. The role focuses on visiting broker offices, building relationships, and driving referrals to the internal sales team.

You will spend four days a week in the field, meeting brokers and attending industry events. Full product training is provided, and there is scope to grow with the business as you develop relationships and expertise in finance and insurance.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, customer service or business development preferred.
• Willing to travel and visit broker offices.
• Full driver's licence and ability to travel interstate.

Responsabilidades

• Visit broker offices regularly and build relationships with brokers.
• Attend network events, state meetings and PD days.
• Help brokers understand products and how to refer clients.
• Pass referrals to internal sales and update brokers on progress.
• Organise broker breakfasts, lunches and training sessions.
• Maintain CRM and share weekly updates with CEO.
• Build social media presence and share the business's story on LinkedIn.
