Job summary

OCC, part of the Protech Group, is seeking an Account Manager 360 to join the Seven Hills office, NSW. You will build strong client relationships, manage end-to-end recruitment tasks and drive business growth across NSW regions.

In this dynamic role, you will coordinate proposals, respond to tenders, and support field staff while delivering high-quality service to stakeholders. This is a hands-on position with growth opportunities within the Protech Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in labour hire recruitment is highly regarded.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Strong sales skills and client relationship focus.

We are looking for an Account Manager 360 to work from our Seven Hills office, supporting the foundations and growth of the OCC business in NSW regions. This is a dynamic role, where no two days are the same and you will be developing meaningful connections with our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in labour hire recruitment industry, highly regarded
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of industry and sales techniques
• Relationship focused with a self-driven solution-oriented mindset
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to stakeholders
