Job summary

Protech is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Darwin team, with exposure to mining, civil, maintenance and construction sectors. You’ll lead recruitment processes, build client relationships and drive performance oversight.

This role offers a Leadership Excellence Program, regular progress meetings with your manager, and opportunities to network with industry leaders. You’ll travel to remote mine sites across the NT and SA, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management and leading teams effectively.
• Excellent time management and priority management.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
• Experience in recruitment, account management and the labour industry is advantageous
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to remote mine sites and project locations throughout the NT and SA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes to ensure Protech-certified candidates.
• Establish and maintain key client partnerships
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and safety compliance
• Produce required reports and data for management.
• Track and update pricing reviews.
• Manage employee performance and facilitate professional growth
• Actively participate in client and industry networking opportunities to build relationships
