Job summary

Truckline is seeking a motivated Account Manager to support our Arundel and Murwillumbah teams on the Gold Coast, QLD. You'll manage an established customer base while identifying opportunities to grow sales across transport operators, workshops, fleets and trade customers throughout your territory.

This is a field-based role offering autonomy, strong earning potential and career opportunities within Truckline and the wider Bapcor Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Territory Sales or an external sales role.
• Proven ability to grow sales and develop customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory.
• Experience within transport, trucking, automotive, industrial or related industries highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, workshops and transport businesses.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop territory and account growth plans.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Promote Truckline's range of truck and trailer parts.
• Work with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
