Job summary

ProgrammedSkilled Workforce in Canberra is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to develop business across the Canberra region, liaising with existing and new clients with a focus on new business. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will build a foundation for growth and aim to become a proactive industry leader in managed labour hire and staffing services.

• Experience in recruitment industry preferred.
• Background in trade, sales or customer service acceptable.
• Must hold a current C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business.
• Proactively visit customer sites on a regular basis to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
• Positively promote Programmed services to existing and new clients.
• Deliver professional proposals/quotes to current and potential clients.
• Drive safety improvements through regular safety talks and site inspections.
• Maintain compliance and an accurate history for existing and prospective clients.
