Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Canberra ACT is seeking a Senior Team Leader to join our grounds maintenance team in Canberra. You will lead on-site operations, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services at a customer site.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will plan projects, schedule work, monitor safety and quality, and drive efficient service delivery with a strong emphasis on safety, customer satisfaction and teamwork within

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance.
• Experience in leading a horticultural / gardening team.
• Qualifications or experience in horticulture.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems.

Responsibilities

The Role

We have an outstanding opportunity for a focused and energetic individual to join our grounds maintenanceteam as a Senior Team Leader in Canberra to support and add to our existing team.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the onsite implementation of grounds maintenance at a customer site in the South Eastern Suburbs. The role involves project planning, work scheduling, on-site supervision of employees and contractors and auditing the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner. You will have strongtime management skills and apassion for delivering a high quality service to our existing and future customers.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance
