Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services in Canberra is seeking a focused Team Leader to drive grounds maintenance onsite, coordinate crews and ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will plan work, schedule tasks, supervise staff and contractors, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance.
• Experience in leading a horticultural / gardening team.
• Qualifications or experience horticulture.
• A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite implementation of grounds maintenance across metropolitan Canberra.
• Plan projects, schedule work and supervise employees and contractors.
• Audit delivery to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes in a cost-efficient and safe manner.
• Maintain strong time management to support client satisfaction.

The Role

We have an outstanding opportunity for a focused and energetic individual to join our grounds maintenanceteam as a Team Leader in Canberrato support and add to our existing team.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the onsite implementation of grounds maintenance across metropolitan Brisbane. The role involves project planning, work scheduling, on-site supervision of employees and contractors and auditing the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner. You will have strongtime management skills and apassion for delivering a high quality service to our existing and future customers.
