AWX in Brisbane is seeking a driven Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Brisbane Team and drive recruitment performance across blue-collar sectors. This hands-on leadership role focuses on mentoring and developing staff while strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

You will oversee daily recruitment operations, ensure high-quality delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within a fast-paced environment that values initiative and results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or labour hire, ideally within blue-collar industries.
• Previous leadership or team management experience, with a passion for developing others.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• A results-driven mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
• Oversee day to day recruitment operations, ensuring efficient delivery and exceptional service
• Drive high volume recruitment across blue-collar industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
• Monitor team performance, recruitment activity and key business objectives
• Support workforce planning, candidate pipelines and continuous process improvements
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Brisbane Team.
