• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve targets.
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations and ensure high-quality service.
• Drive high-volume recruitment across blue-collar sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and recruitment activity against business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, candidate pipelines and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
• Oversee day to day recruitment operations, ensuring efficient delivery and exceptional service
• Drive high volume recruitment across blue-collar industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
• Monitor team performance, recruitment activity and key business objectives
• Support workforce planning, candidate pipelines and continuous process improvements
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You
