Job summary

Abra Aluminium, located in Narangba, Queensland, is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales and service for our aluminium products across a national footprint. You will visit customers, respond to inquiries, and identify new opportunities to maximize shareholder value.

In this role you will manage existing accounts, source new business, prepare sales materials, and maintain accurate records. A focus on customer service, detail, and teamwork will help you succeed in a busy, field-based

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Actively source new customers in the targeted territory and follow up inactive accounts.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Prepare catalogues, samples and other sales related material for new and existing customers.
• Ensure records are maintained for customer contacts, project information, pricing and commitments.
• Help customers select products based on product specifications and regulations.
• Proactively engage in marketing ideas to increase sales footprint for both goods and customer base.
• Provide monthly stock reports to key accounts.

Abra Aluminium is a respected Australian distributor, supplying high-quality aluminium products to a diverse range of manufacturing sectors. From our National Distribution Centre in Narangba, QLD, we process and distribute aluminium extrusions sourced both locally and internationally, delivering exceptional service nationwide.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Manager to join our team in Narangba. In this role, you will conduct customer visits to drive sales, respond to inquiries, and identify new business opportunities. Success in this role is measured by the quality of both external and internal customer service, as well as the ability to maximize shareholder returns.

Mon-Fri - 8:00am - 4:06pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain existing customer accounts.
