Job summary

Krispy Kreme Australia is seeking an Account Executive to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you’ll support key petrol and convenience partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, driving growth through sales analysis, promotional planning, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to deliver customer outcomes, manage day-to-day accounts, prepare sales reports, analyze performance trends,

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in account management, sales support, customer service, category, marketing or a related commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify insights.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools would be preferred, but is not essential.
• A proactive approach with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Experience within FMCG, retail or convenience channels will be highly regarded.
• Confidence, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for delivering great customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of key customer accounts and retail partnerships using Excel and Power BI.
• Preparing sales reports, analysing performance trends and identifying growth opportunities
• Assisting with customer planning, forecasting and promotional execution
• Coordinating customer meetings, presentations and account documentation
• Collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams to deliver customer outcomes
• Monitoring in-store execution, product availability and promotional compliance
• Providing commercial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Supporting new product launches and customer initiatives from concept through to execution
