Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement, supplier partnerships, inventory planning, and supply coordination across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive new product launches and ensure factories have what they need when they need it.

Bring 2+ years in procurement or related fields, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to optimize costs and inventory. This role is based in Australia with ANZ scope.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Outstanding stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or inventory systems.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing others.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and supply planning for ingredients and packaging across ANZ.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts and performance.
• Ensure inventory levels support product launches while minimising waste.
• Turn forecasts into smart purchasing decisions and supply plans.
• Coach and develop our Procurement & Inventory Specialist.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the successful launch of new products and limited time offers.
