Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management company helping frontline workers and organisations thrive. As an Account Executive in Sydney, you’ll own the full sales cycle, engage with prospects to understand their workforce challenges, and demonstrate Deputy’s value to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with GTM teams, use MEDDPICC discovery, and deliver compelling demos while aiming to exceed monthly and quarterly targets. This role offers a hybrid setup with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, closing SMB or mid-market deals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LI Sales Navigator, Cognism).
• Background in HR tech, workforce management, or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Qualify and progress opportunities through the cycle.
• Conduct discovery calls using the MEDDPICC framework.
• Deliver tailored product demos to key stakeholders.
• Forecast and maintain accurate CRM data.
